• Shopify integration data: store domain, product catalog metadata, sync status, and related identifiers required to connect and sync with Shopify.
• Usage and device data: IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, clicks, feature usage, and diagnostic logs.
• Support communications: messages, feedback, or attachments you send to our support team.

How We Use Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• Generate AI images and product copy based on your content inputs.
• Sync products and updates with Shopify when you connect an account.
• Process payments, manage subscriptions, and handle refunds.
• Secure our systems, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability.
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you.
• Analyze usage trends and performance to improve user experience.

AI Processing and Content

We process your content to generate images and text. We use OpenAI for text generation and Fal for image generation. Your uploaded images and product metadata are sent to these providers only to perform the requested AI tasks. We do not sell your content. We may retain generated outputs and related metadata to provide the Service, support your workspace, and improve system quality and safety.

How We Share Information

We share information with service providers only as necessary to deliver the Service, including:

• Clerk (authentication and identity management).
• Convex (backend hosting and data storage).
• OpenAI (AI text generation).
• Fal (AI image generation).
• Shopify (product sync and publishing).
• Stripe (payments and billing).

We may also share information to comply with legal obligations, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
