These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Shopferret website, applications, and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 12 years old to use the Service. If you are between 12 and 17, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and current information and keep it updated. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at help@shopferret.ai.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for all fees, taxes, and charges associated with your subscription. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
If your payment fails, your access may be suspended until payment is received. We may update pricing with reasonable prior notice.
We offer refunds if you can provide reasonable proof that the Service did not work for you as intended. “Did not work” means core functionality failed in a material way (for example, you could not generate images or publish to Shopify despite following the documented steps). Refund requests must be submitted to help@shopferret.ai with supporting details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. We do not prorate unused time unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
You retain ownership of the photos, product data, and other content you upload. By using the Service, you grant Shopferret a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and transform your content solely to provide and improve the Service (including AI generation and Shopify synchronization). This license ends when you delete your content or close your account, subject to reasonable retention requirements.

AI-generated images and text are provided “as is.” While we aim for high-quality results, outputs may vary based on input quality, style, or model performance. You are responsible for reviewing outputs for accuracy and compliance with your brand and legal requirements.
The Service integrates with third-party providers such as Shopify, Clerk, Convex, OpenAI, Fal, and Stripe. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shopferret will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shopferret and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we determine your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
